I understand that these issues can be complex and deeply personal, therefore, I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs and goals.

As your guide, my aim is to assist you in gaining insight, finding a sense of internal peace, calm, and clarity, developing new skills, and making meaningful progress towards your personal goals.

My work focuses on helping you get unstuck, to help you stop living a life trapped inside of your own brain, and to start living more fully.

First we build a trusting space. Then we use proven psychological and mindfulness strategies to help you understand yourself & take the (often uncomfortable) actions that will move your life in a direction that aligns with your values. Ultimately, my responsibility is to help you build a meaningful & thriving life.
