Are you tired of feeling like you’re stuck in your head? Does it seem like stress or anxiety are preventing you from living your most meaningful life? What has wrestling with your own mind cost you?
My work focuses on helping you get unstuck, to help you stop living a life trapped inside of your own brain, and to start living more fully.
If you feel as though something needs to change, but aren’t sure exactly what, or how, I would be honoured to discuss whether we are a good fit to walk through that journey together. If we both agree that it’s a match, you can expect our sessions’ progression to go something like the following:
First we build a trusting space. Then we use proven psychological and mindfulness strategies to help you understand yourself & take the (often uncomfortable) actions that will move your life in a direction that aligns with your values. Ultimately, my responsibility is to help you build a meaningful & thriving life.

Taking a Waiting List.
I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, particularly during times of change. Many people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that no longer feel workable.
Together we slow things down and explore what may be shaping your experiences, relationships, and sense of identity.
A significant part of my work focuses on women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. While this time can be meaningful and rewarding, it can also bring unexpected emotional challenges. Many women experience shifts in identity, relationship dynamics, and their sense of self as they adjust to the realities of parenting.
I provide a supportive space to talk openly about the complex and often conflicting feelings that can arise during this stage of life — including overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship strain, and the pressure to meet unrealistic expectations of motherhood.
Alongside this work, I support clients exploring attachment patterns, communication challenges, grief and loss, and larger questions around identity and meaning. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, make sense of difficult experiences, and find a steadier way forward.
My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking honestly and where we can thoughtfully explore what matters most to you.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is genuine, engaged, and won’t just nod and ask, “How does
that make you feel?”—you might be in the right place.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, addictions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also support
those exploring identity and relationships—including folks in the LGBTQ2+ community, and
those navigating co-parenting or separation. I’m sex positive and kink informed.
I show up as a real person in the therapy room—one who might fidget, drop the occasional
swear word, and share from lived experience when it serves your healing.
I practice from an integrative, meaning-centered lens – drawing from various evidence-based
modalities. This allows flexibility based on what’s best for you and your situation. It also enables
a holistic process that considers body, mind, and spirit.
Together we’ll collaborate on clear goals,
track progress, and make sure therapy is moving you toward real change. My goal is to help you
uncover your own inner wisdom and strength to live a more authentic, meaningful life.
